- **Language:** Classical Chinese

### [3.30](https://indike.org/pramana/in.bauddha.taisho.1997.3.30)

> Ascending the hall, \[the Master\] said: "Mysterious, mysterious, mysterious—too muddled; clear, clear, clear—without boundary or limit. Having arising and cessation is particularly perverse; having no going and no coming only further reveals blunder. Not arising from the cessation samādhi yet displaying all dignified deportments; not relinquishing the dharmas of ordinary beings yet cultivating all supreme practices. Tell me, is this letting go, or holding fast? Following the flow, one recognizes the nature: no joy, and no sorrow."
