- **Language:** Classical Chinese

### [1.78](https://indike.org/pramana/in.bauddha.taisho.1999.1.78)

> Ascending the hall: "Just having escaped the difficulty of the steps of Mount Zhong, I came here to nourish my remaining days. Who would have thought my tracks would be hard to conceal, and once again I see the official summons galloping in? Now that the summons has arrived, there is no door of evasion; lowering the cloud-head, mixing with mud and water, one then sees that guest is entirely host and host is entirely guest, guest and host commingling in complete harmony. Now, what is the phrase for responding to the season and receiving blessings?" Giving a shout, he said: "The sword leaves the jeweled scabbard on account of injustice; the medicine emerges from the golden vase to cure disease."
