> "Medicine becoming an illness— (The barbarian drinks milk and in turn blames the good physician.)
> Take warning from the ancient sages! (Too many physicians confuse the pulse.)
> Illness becoming medicine— (Treating medicine with medicine; removing poison with poison.)
> Who must that be? (Could it be Tiantong?)
> White head and black head—sons who can carry on the family; (Fired from a single kiln!)
> With phrases and without phrases—the dynamic that cuts off the flow. (Causing Guishan to laugh all over again!)
> Magnificently they cut off the road of the tongue, (Dead once, they do not live again.)
> And should laugh at that old awl of Vaiśālī. (Only got hold of one end.)"
