> A tangle of thorns grows in three, two, and five; / The path covered in smoke and clouds, who can seek it? / A black chicken braves the rain, charging into mirages; / A red rainbow pierces the tower, harmonizing with the sound of laughter (The character 啞 should be pronounced è, the sound of laughing and talking. The Yijing says, 'Laughing and talking, è è.' The red rainbow piercing the tower harmonizes with the sound of laughter; this is words within the wordless. Most people take it as the yǎ of muteness, which is incorrect). / Reed flowers across the vast marsh densely conceal the snow; / Gathering the fishing line, the boat plays in the deep bay. / Facing the porch, it is pitch dark, without the mirror of Qin; / Disheveled hair and slanted brows, one descends the azure summit.
