At the turning point, solitary and steep, the myriad affairs rest;
Following conditions and grasping the essential, what more is there to seek?
The creation and transformation of living beings ride upon this power;
A single beam of spiritual radiance permeates all places.
Identity with phenomena is identity with emptiness—no surplus dharmas remain;
The entirety of mind is the entirety of Buddha, arising from a true source.
Filling up the ditches and choking the ravines, yet no one understands;
How laughable to ride an ox while searching for an ox!
