答。眾生以未足之善。仰感如來至足之地。道足即能應化無方。未足故唯見其所見法。不達即身是虛幻也。

> Answer: Sentient beings, through their incomplete good, reverently resonate with the Tathāgata's state of supreme sufficiency. When the Way is sufficient, one is able to respond and transform without fixed direction. Because \[their good\] is incomplete, they see only the dharmas they are capable of seeing, not realizing that the body itself is empty and illusory.
