> Zhenhui resided at Magu in Puban at the beginning of the Daye reign era of the Sui. He sustained himself on Solomon's seal and stood without sitting. He leveled a pure ground and erected four-pillared jeweled banners to make offerings to the Three Holy Ones. Whenever he practiced contemplation before the statues, he held his body erect and aligned his thoughts with constant solemnity. One evening, he said to his disciples, “Now I see a lotus flower repeatedly opening and closing, about to receive my feet.” Soon, a bell was heard, heavenly fragrance drifted from the west, and an extraordinary light flashed suddenly; shortly thereafter, Hui passed away.
