> In the tenth year, Cai Yin and the others met Kāśyapa Mātanga and Dharmaratna in the Da Yuezhi of Central India. They obtained a standing image of the Buddha and Sanskrit scriptures consisting of six hundred thousand words (yi means standing). Carrying them on a white horse, they arrived at Luoyang (because of reigning by the virtue of fire, Luo 洛 was changed to Luo 雒). Mātanga and Dharmaratna had an audience in śramaṇa robes and were lodged at the Court of State Ceremonial (Honglu Si) (Hu Guang explained: "Hong means sound; lu means to transmit; hence it means transmitting the voice to announce and guide the nine classes of guests. In the Tang it was changed to the Sibin Si").
