> Under Emperor Min of the Jin, Zhu Ying of Wu found two stone images in the Song River inscribed with the names Vipaśyin Buddha and Kāśyapa Buddha; they were welcomed to Tongxuan Monastery. Later, fishermen found two stone bowls and saw the forms of Buddhas inside the bowls, which were then brought to the monastery. Under Emperor Ming, a gold image of Mañjuśrī was caught in a net at sea; Tao Kan tried to escort it to Jiangzhou, but it sank into the water. Later, when Master Yuan built the Divine Transport Pavilion at Donglin Monastery, he went to the river and prayed, and obtained the image.
