> (Jiachen \[1124\]) At this time, calamities and anomalies appeared repeatedly in the Two Capitals, the circuits of He\[nan\] and Zhe\[jiang\], and the Capital. In the capital, there was a man selling green fruits who became pregnant and gave birth to a child; the midwife could not deliver it, and only after changing midwives seven times was he delivered, whereupon he fled. There was also a wine shop named Fengle Pavilion; the son of the shopkeeper, of the Zhu family, had a wife in her forties who suddenly grew a mustache and beard, six or seven inches long, sparse, elegant, and very handsome, just like a man. An imperial edict ordered her ordained as a female Daoist priest. (This is recorded in the Song History).
