> Wu Zicai of the Song dynasty, style name Xinsou, had a coffin prepared in advance after retiring from office. At night he slept inside it, having a servant boy strike the coffin and sing: "Wu Xinsou, / Return home! / The trailokya holds no peace, it cannot be inhabited; / In the Western Pure Land is a lotus womb. / Return home!" He would then join in and harmonize with it. Later he passed away without illness.
