- **Language:** Classical Chinese

### [30.12](https://indike.org/pramana/in.bauddha.taisho.2077.30.12)

> Chan Master Yuanri of Lingyan in Fuzhou ascended the hall \[and said\], "Awakening, there is nothing not awakened; attaining, there is nothing not attained. Nine years of wall-gazing was a waste of effort. The three-legged donkey leaps up to heaven; the mud ox enters the sea without a trace. Why is it so? Nine times nine is eighty-one."
