### [35.25](https://indike.org/pramana/in.bauddha.taisho.2077.35.25)

靈隱大川禪師諱普濟。明州奉化人。纂修五燈會元。題世尊出山相偈云。龍章鳳質出王宮。肘露衣穿下雪峯。智願必空諸有界。不知諸有幾時空。

> Chan Master Dachuan of Lingyin was named Puji. He was a native of Fenghua in Mingzhou. He compiled the Wudeng Huiyuan. Writing a gāthā on the Bhagavat's departure from the mountains, he said: 'With dragon countenance and phoenix essence, he left the royal palace; / With exposed elbows and worn clothes, he descended the Snowy Peaks. / With the vow of wisdom, he must empty all realms of existence; / Yet who knows when all realms of existence will ever be emptied?'
