For this reason, We have distributed the relics and constructed divine stūpas. And the Great Sage, in his compassionate pity, has repeatedly manifested radiant signs; within the halls of the palace, the numinous relics have descended, their origins unknowable, spontaneously transforming and appearing. Rejoicing and receiving them on Our crown, We have experienced what was never had before. This is truly the great fortune of all living beings, prolonging this auspicious blessing; how could it be brought about by Our own modest sincerity? Reading the memorial of the kings and dukes, Our trepidation and reverence deepen even further. We, along with the kings, dukes, and all the common people, should exert ourselves even more to make the triratna flourish. At present, there are still fifty true forms of relics. Let the relevant officials distribute them throughout the realm according to the previous format, so that those in the three evil paths and six realms of rebirth may all be freed from hindrances and fetters, and that all possessing consciousness and breathing life may together ascend to the wondrous fruition.
