廣弘明集 26.29

- **Language:** Classical Chinese

### [26.29](https://indike.org/pramana/in.bauddha.taisho.2103.26.29)

> Furthermore, although non-Buddhists are depraved and observe vows of behaving like oxen or dogs, once they have taken their vows they will never violate them. Nowadays, those who have left the household, after taking their precepts, violate them lightly. This is the second way they fall short of non-Buddhists.
