> Your subject Gang presents: The palace master Wu Miao has proclaimed the imperial decree, bestowing a fine patchwork kaṣāya of yuni colour. Its sections are like wondrous leaves; its boundaries depict long field-ridges. Stroking the stone, it shames blossoms; cutting the gold, it is not heavy. On this day newly dyed, it is indeed the field-robe! It straightway makes the fragrant herbs of secluded chastity ashamed to stitch lotus blossoms, and immortals parting the clouds embarrassed by skirts of flying feathers. With a foully nourished ordinary body and dark consciousness of ignorance, I repeatedly receive weighty grace and can hardly bear such moisture. Unable to contain my utmost gratitude, I respectfully present this memorial of thanks. Respectfully presented.
