- **Language:** Classical Chinese

### [16.33](https://indike.org/pramana/in.bauddha.taisho.2121.16.33)

> "The mind has come to rest, / speech and deeds are also ceased; / from cessation comes liberation, / entering extinction in stillness. / Casting off desire, free from attachment, / breaking the barriers of the three realms, / all hankering has ended: / such is called a superior person. / Whether in a wilderness settlement / or on level ground or high embankments, / wherever the Worthy One passes, / none fail to receive blessing. / He delights in empty solitude / which the masses cannot bear; / how joyous is one without lust, / seeking after nothing!"
