> Traveling three hundred li east along the Gaṅgā River, one reaches the country of Yudhapatipura. The capital city is densely populated, bordering the Gaṅgā River. Northwest of the city is a monastery stūpa, containing one sheng of the Buddha's relics; formerly the Buddha preached the Dharma here for seven days, and it is also where the four Buddhas walked. North of the river is a stūpa where the Buddha subdued demons, now half sunken into the earth. There is also a place where the Buddha preached the Dharma to man-eating demons. Crossing the river more than a hundred li to the southeast, the stūpa is where the relics were divided; the urn and remaining relics emit light on fasting days.
