This dhāraṇī was spoken by all the buddhas of the ten directions and the three periods of time, and is constantly protected and upheld by all the buddhas and all the great bodhisattvas. If there are those who hear it and practice as taught, their sinful defilements will be eliminated and extinguished, and in their present bodies they will behold eighty billion buddhas, who will all come and extend their hands to them; they will thereupon attain the unforgetting revolving dhāraṇī.
