> After Xiao Ni, King of Yuzhang of the Southern Qi \[mistranslated as Song\], died, he suddenly manifested his form to Shen Wenji, saying, 'In my illness, I was not supposed to die. The Crown Prince added eleven kinds of medicine into my ointment, preventing me from recovering; he also added one kind of medicine into my decoction, causing my diarrhoea not to stop. I have already complained. It was first agreed that I return to Dongcheng, where this matter is to be judged.' He then took out from his bosom a document on green paper, showed it to Wenji, and said, 'Having an old friendship with you, please present it to the Sovereign.' In an instant, his whereabouts were lost. Wenji was afraid and did not dare to transmit it. Shortly afterward, Crown Prince Wenhui passed away.
