One further sees parks, groves, and flower ponds, hears singing, dancing, and laughter, and subsequently smells various fragrances. Harmonised with delicate touches of all kinds of immeasurable blissful objects, one is immediately born in heaven. Because of wholesome karma, one presently obtains heavenly bliss, smiling, joyous, and with a serene complexion. Though relatives and brothers weep, lament, and wail, because of the wholesome signs one neither hears nor sees them, nor does one's mind think of them. At the time of approaching death, the place of bliss where one is first born resembles a heavenly body, just as an impression is formed from a seal. Seeing the supreme heavenly realm, one instantly conceives an object of attachment and therefore takes a heavenly body.
