### [11.29](https://indike.org/pramana/in.bauddha.taisho.2123.11.29)

若就人中。北單越人。唯成意地。三善業道而不現行。不斷善故。至劫盡時人皆修禪。彼獨不能離欲非分。自餘三方皆有十善。有不具者。

> In terms of humans, the people of Uttarakuru only accomplish the three wholesome karmic paths of the mental ground without actively manifesting them. Because they do not sever the good, when the kalpa comes to an end, all humans cultivate dhyāna, but they alone are incapable of leaving desire, this not being their portion. The other three continents all have the ten virtues, though there are those who do not possess them fully.
