> Furthermore, by the wisdom acquired from hearing, or with the divine eye, one sees the flavour-intoxicated worm moving on the tip of the tongue, even causing the vessels between it to either move or stop. It is minute and legless. If one eats delicious food, the worm becomes drunkenly intoxicated and flourishes; if one eats unpalatable food, the worm becomes withered and weak. If I do not eat, the intoxicated worm falls ill and finds no ease.
