擲石（按漢書甘延壽投石拔距張晏注云飛石重十二斤為機發行三百步延壽有力能以手投之也今人擲磚者是磚音徒和反）。

> Throwing stones (zhíshí 擲石) (Note: The Book of Han states regarding Gan Yanshou, 'He threw stones and pulled up high stakes'. Zhang Yan's commentary says: 'Flying stones weighing twelve catties were shot by engines to a distance of three hundred paces; Yanshou had such strength that he could throw them by hand'. What modern people call throwing bricks (zhìzhuān) is this. Zhuān is tú + hé fanqie).
