黼黻（上弗禹反下甫忽反考工記畫繪之白與黑謂之黼黑與青謂之黻爾雅事章也斧謂之黼郭璞曰黼文畫為斧形黼字從黹音知雉反經文從首作𩠤非也）。

> Embroidered patterns (黼黻: the first character has the fanqie \[fu\] + \[yu\]; the second character has the fanqie \[fu\] + \[hu\]. The Kaogong ji says: 'In painted and embroidered patterns, white together with black is called 黼 \[fǔ\]; black together with azure is called 黻 \[fú\].' The Erya says: 'They are ceremonial designs; an axe-head pattern is called 黼.' Guo Pu says: 'The 黼 pattern is drawn in the shape of an axe.' The character 黼 derives from 黹 \[embroidery\], pronounced \[zhi\] + \[zhi\]. The sūtra text writes it with 首 \[head\] as 𩠤, which is incorrect.).
