裸者（上華瓦反避俗諱作此呼本音郎果反左傳觀其倮浴顧野王云裸者脫衣露袒也說文從衣作裸字書有從身作躶玉篇從人作倮三體並通用也）。

> The naked (裸者: for the first character, fanqie \[h- + w- =\] huà-wǎ; pronounced thus to avoid a vulgar taboo, its original pronunciation being láng-guǒ fanqie. The Zuozhuan states: "Observed him bathing naked (倮)." Gu Yewang states: "The naked (裸) are those who strip off their clothing to expose their bare flesh." The Shuowen jiezi has it written with the clothing radical as 裸; character dictionaries have it written with the body radical as 躶; the Yupian has it written with the person radical as 倮; all three forms are interchangeable).
