> Woollen rug (氍毹: first character \[氍\] is ju plus ju fanqie \[jù\]; second character \[毹\] is shu plus ju fanqie \[shū\]. The Shenglei says: "Qu-shu are patterned woollen textiles." The Guangya says: "Patterned felt rugs." The Kaosheng says: "Woven wool forming ornate patterns." In the Gujin zhengzi, both characters have the 'fur/wool' radical \[毛\] with 'qu' \[瞿\] and 'yu' \[俞\] as the phonetic components. In the sūtra it is written 氀, pronounced lü plus zhu fanqie \[lǘ\], which is an incorrect pronunciation).
