涕唾（上天麗反說文云鼻液也液音亦毛詩傳云自鼻而出曰涕或作洟洟䶏四形皆同下土課反說文口液也從口從埵省聲也或從水作涶亦通）。

> Snot and spittle (涕唾): The first character is read with the fanqie 天 + 麗. The Shuowen says: 'Nasal fluid (fluid is pronounced like 亦).' The Mao Commentary on the Book of Odes says: 'What exits from the nose is called 涕.' It is also written as 洟, 洟, and䶏; the four forms are all the same. The second character is read with the fanqie 土 + 課. The Shuowen says: 'Oral fluid. It derives from 口 with an abbreviated 埵 providing the phonetic.' Written with 水 as 涶 is also acceptable.
