四軶（下鸎格反論文作軶俗字也鄭注考工記云謂轅端上壓牛領木也說文云軶者車轅前木也從車戹聲戹音上同）。

> Four yokes (四軶; the lower character \[軶\] is fanqie 鸎格. The text of the treatise writes 軶, which is a popular form. Zheng's commentary on the Kaogongji says: 'It refers to the wood at the end of the carriage shaft that presses down upon the ox's neck.' The Shuowen says: 'The yoke (軶) is the wood in front of the carriage shafts.' It is composed with 'cart' (車) as semantic and 戹 as phonetic. The sound of 戹 is the same as above).
