饕餮（上討刀反下天跌反杜注左傳云貪財曰饕貪食曰餮論作饕餮俗字也）。

> Gluttonous and greedy (饕餮): the first character is \[pronounced with the fanqie\] 討 + 刀; the second character is 天 + 跌. Du's Commentary to the Zuo zhuan says: 'Craving wealth is called tāo; craving food is called tiè.' In the treatise it is written as 饕餮, which are vulgar characters.
