金礦（虢猛反廣雅云鐵磺銅鐵等璞也璞謂之磺說文從石黃聲論作鑛亦通）。

> Gold ore (金礦): \[the second character is pronounced with the fanqie\] 虢 + 猛. The Guangya says: 'Iron ore and crude unrefined copper or iron; unrefined ore is called huàng.' The Shuowen says: 'It takes the radical 石 (stone) and 黃 is phonetic.' In the treatise it is written as 鑛, which is also acceptable.
