犎胡（妃封反又音封下又作頡咽二形同戶孤及脊上有肉鞌如馲駝者曰犎今有此牛形小髆上有犎是也說文胡牛頷垂下也釋名胡在咽下垂者）。

> Hump and dewlap (犎胡: first character fanqie: f\[ēi\] + \[f\]ēng, also pronounced feng; the latter also written with the two shapes 頡 and 咽, the same; fanqie: h\[ù\] + \[g\]ū. Having a flesh-saddle on the spine like a dromedary camel is called a feng; today we have this kind of ox, small in body with a hump on its shoulders, which is this. The Shuowen states: 'Hu is the hanging flesh beneath an ox's chin.' The Shiming states: 'Hu is that which hangs down beneath the throat.').
