### [85.87](https://indike.org/pramana/in.bauddha.taisho.2128.85.87)

繭栗（上堅典反又云祭天地之牛角繭栗是也說文繭蝅衣也從糸從虫芇聲也芇音綿象蛾兩角或從見作絸亦通論文從爾作璽非也）。

> 繭栗 (The first character has the fanqie \[jian + dian\] 堅典. It also refers to the horns of the ox sacrificed to Heaven and Earth, which are like cocoons and chestnuts \[small and rounded\]. The Shuowen states: "繭 is a silkworm's robe; it takes its components from 糸 \[silk\] and 虫 \[insect\], with ‹芇› as its phonetic." 芇 is pronounced like 綿, representing the two antennae of a moth. Alternatively written with 見 as 絸, which is also acceptable. In the treatise it is written with 爾 as 璽, which is incorrect.)
