一切經音義 97.53

- **Language:** Classical Chinese

### [97.53](https://indike.org/pramana/in.bauddha.taisho.2128.97.53)

㮵\[糸\*(罽-厂)\]（上戰延反考聲㮵檀香木名也下居厲反說文\[糸\*(罽-厂)\]謂西胡毳布也從糸𦋺聲𦋺音同上集作𦋺亦通也）。

> Sandalwood and fine woolen cloth (㮵\[糸\*(罽-厂)\]: the first \[character is pronounced\] zhan + yan fan; the Kaosheng says that zhan (㮵) refers to sandalwood, the name of a fragrant wood. The second is ju + li fan; the Shuowen jiezi says that ji (\[糸\*(罽-厂)\]) refers to the downy cloth of the Western barbarians, composed of 'silk' \[糸\] with ji \[𦋺\] phonetic; 𦋺 has the same pronunciation as above; the compiled text writes 𦋺, which is also acceptable).
