The Shuowen says, "Bent"; it is classified under the radical 糸 with 于 as its phonetic. The second character is pronounced with the fanqie 子結 \[zǐ + jié = jié\]: Zhang Xian's commentary to the Rhapsody on the Six Capitals says, "A mountain bend is called 𡵒." The Shuowen says it is classified under the radical 山 with 巳, and 巳 also acts as its phonetic).
