> \[Calati\]: In the language of Qin, it means "moving." The "ca"-syllable door in the Pañcaviṃśati: entering through the fact that in all dharmas, "motion" is ungraspable. The Śāstra states: "That is, knowing the unmoving characteristics of all dharmas." When the Avataṃsaka chants the "śca"-syllable, it is called "the Dharma thunder roaring everywhere in all realms of sentient beings." The commentary says: "That is, gathering footprints; this means gathering the Dharma thunder of all sentient beings, which is itself the footprints."
