> Chaoriming sanmei jing, in two fascicles (or simply titled Chaoriming jing; or in three fascicles), translated by the Western Jin tripiṭaka master Dharmarakṣa (first translation).
> The one sūtra above had two translations earlier and later; one is extant and one is lost.
>
> Xianjie jing, in seven fascicles (also titled Xianjie dingyi, also titled Xianjie sanmei; Sengyou's catalogue calls it Xin xianjie jing), translated by the Later Qin tripiṭaka master Kumārajīva (second translation).
> The one sūtra above had two translations earlier and later; one is extant and one is lost (furthermore, Changfang and other catalogues list another Baduojie sanmei jing in seven fascicles under Dharmarakṣa's texts. When examined now, this title is an error by the cataloguers. "Bhadra" and "Xian" \[Worthy\] are merely different Sanskrit and Chinese terms. Thus the beginning of the Xianjie jing states: "Baduojie sanmei jing; in the language of Jin, Xianjie dingyi." Sengyou's catalogue contains only one text; retaining it as two separate sūtras is a grievous mistake. They are now combined into one).
>
> Xianjie qian fo ming jing, in one fascicle, anonymous translation of the Later Han (Changfang says: "It contains only the names of the Buddhas, differing from the thousand Buddha names of the Sidi jing produced by Zhu Tanwulan").
> The above list of Buddha names is an extracted text from the Xianjie jing, a lost alternate translation.
>
> Jingdu sanmei jing, in one fascicle, translated by the Song śramaṇa Shi Zhiyan (first translation).
> Jingdu sanmei jing, in two fascicles, translated by the Song śramaṇa Shi Baoyun (second translation).
> Jingdu sanmei jing, in three fascicles, translated by the Song Indian tripiṭaka master Guṇabhadra (third translation).
> Jingdu sanmei jing, in one fascicle, translated by the Yuan Wei Metropolitan Superintendent of Clergy, Shi Tanyao (fourth translation).
> The four texts above are different translations of the same text, and all are lost (the Great Zhou Canon Catalogue contains a Jingdu sanmei jing in three fascicles; inspecting its wording, it is superficial and shallow, its principles flawed and contradictory, and with evidence of human contrivance it can hardly be considered a sacred scripture. Therefore, it is entered into the catalogue of doubtful works, while the authentic sūtra continues to be sought).
>
> Siyi jing, in one fascicle (also titled Yiyi jing), translated by the Later Han śramaṇa Yan Fodiao of Linhuai (first translation).
> Yiyi jing, in three fascicles, translated by the Eastern Jin tripiṭaka master Kang Daohe (second translation).
> The two texts above are different translations of the same text, and both are lost (Changfang and other catalogues all state that the Xiao Qi nun Sengfa translated an Yiyi jing in two fascicles; this is largely an error transmitted among cataloguers. In the final years of the Southern Qi, Jiang Mi, a Doctor of the National University, had a daughter who became a nun at a young age under the name Sengfa. Closing her eyes, she recited twenty-one works, totaling thirty-five fascicles, among which was an Yiyi jing in two fascicles. Changfang believed that her past conditioning had a basis, and entered it into the orthodox catalogue; other catalogues, recognizing that these were not transmissions and translations from Sanskrit originals, placed them among the spurious works. Retaining this one sūtra would likely be aberrant. Her name is given either as "Nun Sengfa" or "Sengfa the nun"; because the character ni \[nun\] was placed either above or below, this discrepancy arose. Sengyou was a man of the Qi dynasty, yet it is not recorded in his catalogue; hence it is known that the other catalogues are all in error. The Zhou canon catalogue contains an Yiyi jing in two fascicles; inspecting its meaning, it also arouses human suspicion: at the beginning of the second fascicle, there is about a sheet and a half of text completely identical in wording to the end of the preceding fascicle. Moreover, Bodhisattva Yiyi receives two separate predictions of Buddhahood, with different names and lands. Among the canonical sūtras, nothing of this kind exists. Therefore, it is entered into the doubtful section, while the authentic sūtra continues to be sought).
>
> Zhaoming sanmei jing, in one fascicle, translated by the Western Jin tripiṭaka master Dharmarakṣa (first translation).
> Zhaoming sanmei jing, in one fascicle, translated by the Eastern Jin Western Regions tripiṭaka master Gītāmitra (second translation).
> The two texts above are different translations of the same text, and both are lost.
>
> Weiming ershi jie jing, in one fascicle (some omit the character jing 經), translated by the Wu Yuezhi upāsaka Zhi Qian (first translation).
> Weiming ershi jie jing, in one fascicle (some omit the character jing 經), translated by the Western Jin tripiṭaka master Dharmarakṣa (second translation).
> The two texts above are different translations of the same text, and both are lost.
>
> Kongjing tian ganying sanmei jing, in one fascicle (also titled Kongjing sanmei jing), translated by the Later Han Parthian tripiṭaka master An Shigao (first translation).
> Kongjing sanmei jing, in one fascicle (also titled Kongjing tian ganying sanmei jing), translated by the Song śramaṇa Shi Yonggong (second translation).
> The two texts above are different translations of the same text, and both are lost.
>
> Fa miejin jing, in one fascicle (also titled Kongji pusa suowen; also titled Fa mojin), translated by the Wu Yuezhi upāsaka Zhi Qian (first translation).
> Fa mojin jing, in one fascicle (some titled Kongji pusa suowen; or titled Fa miejin), translated by the Western Jin tripiṭaka master Dharmarakṣa (second translation).
> The two texts above are different translations of the same text, and both are lost.
>
> From the Shu Puyao jing downward: 131 works, 253 fascicles. Lost texts among the various re-translated sūtras, excluding the five major sections.
