> Dīrghāgama-sūtra, 22 fascicles, in 2 cases.
> Translated jointly by the Later Qin Tripiṭaka master Buddhayaśas from Kashmīr and Zhu Fonian; combined single and multiple translations.
> The above work contains in all four sections, totaling thirty sūtras (Sengzhao's preface states: "The Dīrghāgama has four sections and four recitations, combining thirty sūtras to form a single work").
> Madhyamāgama-sūtra, 60 fascicles (or 58 fascicles, in 6 cases).
> Translated by Gautama Saṅghadeva, Tripiṭaka master from Kashmīr under the Eastern Jin; second translation (of two translations, one is lost).
> The above work contains in all five recitations, eighteen chapters in total, comprising 222 distinct sūtras (Sengzhao's preface to the Dīrghāgama states: "The Madhyamāgama has four sections and five recitations").
> Ekottarikāgama-sūtra, 51 fascicles (or 50 fascicles, or 40 fascicles, or 32 fascicles, in 5 cases).
> Translated by Gautama Saṅghadeva, Tripiṭaka master from Kashmīr under the Eastern Jin; second translation (of two translations, one is lost).
> The above work contains in all fifty chapters, totaling 472 distinct sūtras (Sengzhao's preface to the Dīrghāgama states: "The Ekottarikāgama has four sections and eight recitations").
> Saṃyuktāgama-sūtra, 50 fascicles (in 5 cases).
> Translated by the Song Indian Tripiṭaka master Guṇabhadra; combined single and multiple translations.
> As this work expounds matters that are miscellaneous, it lacks divisions such as sequence of chapters or recitations (Sengzhao's preface to the Dīrghāgama states: "The Saṃyuktāgama has four sections and ten recitations").
> Separate Translation of the Saṃyuktāgama-sūtra, 20 fascicles (in 2 cases; translator lost; the sub-notes in the sūtra contain the words "in the language of Qin"; although the translator's name is not precisely known, it must have been translated during the Three Qin period, and is now attached to the Qin catalogue).
> The above work, although its text is out of sequence compared with the preceding sūtra, when carefully examined does not depart from the preceding sūtra. As it merely extracts essentials, it is treated as a separate work (from the Fo ban nihuan jing downward, the various sūtras are all separate sūtras and variant translations from among the four Āgamas).
> Fo ban nihuan jing (Sūtra on the Buddha's Parinirvāṇa), 2 fascicles (or simply called Nihuan jing).
> Translated by the śramaṇa Bo Fazu of Henai under the Western Jin.
> Mahāparinirvāṇa-sūtra, 3 fascicles (or 2 fascicles).
> Translated by the śramaṇa Shi Faxian of Pingyang under the Eastern Jin; now attributed to Faxian as translator (as set forth in the General Catalogue).
> Ban nihuan jing (Parinirvāṇa-sūtra), 2 fascicles (or without the character ban).
> Newly classified as an anonymous translation; attached to the Eastern Jin catalogue.
> The above three sūtras are drawn from fascicles two through four of the Dīrghāgama-sūtra, and are variant translations of the same original as the Youxing jing in the first section. (Various catalogues all state that this Ban nihuan jing was translated by Guṇabhadra of the Song dynasty, which is incorrect. When one examines its phrases, most are archaic translations, entirely dissimilar from Guṇabhadra's renderings. Among the various canons there is only the upper fascicle and not the lower fascicle. Now, having lost its source, it is compiled into the Jin catalogue. There are also editions of the sūtra in which the text of the upper fascicle of the Fo ban nihuan jing is entirely identical to the text of the upper fascicle of the Ban nihuan jing; this is a textual error).
> Ren ben yu sheng jing (Sūtra on the Root of Human Desires and Birth), 1 fascicle.
> Translated by the Parthian Tripiṭaka master An Shigao under the Later Han.
> The above is drawn from the tenth fascicle of the Dīrghāgama-sūtra, and is a variant translation of the same original as the Da fangbian jing in the second section (That earlier catalogues all compiled this Ren ben yu sheng jing under Mahāyāna sūtras is an error).
> Shijialuoyue liu xiang bai jing (Sūtra on Sigāla's Bowing to the Six Directions), 1 fascicle (or called Shijialuoyue liufang li jing).
> Translated by the Parthian Tripiṭaka master An Shigao under the Later Han.
> The above is drawn from the eleventh fascicle of the Dīrghāgama-sūtra, and is a variant translation of the same original as the Shansheng jing in the second section (compared to the root sūtra, this is somewhat more abridged; this sūtra also appears in fascicle 33 of the Madhyamāgama).
> Fanzhi aba jing (Sūtra on the Brahmin Ambāṣṭha), 1 fascicle (one edition has the words Fo men jie; also titled Aba mona jing).
> Translated by the Yuezhi upāsaka Zhi Qian under the Wu.
> The above is drawn from the thirteenth fascicle of the Dīrghāgama-sūtra, and is a variant translation of the same original as the Amozhou jing in the third section.
> Fanwang liushier jian jing (Sūtra on the Net of Brahma's Sixty-Two Views), 1 fascicle (also titled Fanwang jing).
> Translated by the Yuezhi upāsaka Zhi Qian under the Wu.
> The above is drawn from the fourteenth fascicle of the Dīrghāgama-sūtra, and is a variant translation of the same original as the Fandong jing in the third section.
> Jizhi guo jing (Sūtra on the Fruit of Tranquil Intent), 1 fascicle.
> Translated by the Western Region śramaṇa Zhu Tanwulan under the Eastern Jin.
> The above is drawn from the seventeenth fascicle of the Dīrghāgama-sūtra, and is a variant translation of the same original as the Shamen guo jing in the third section.
> The above eight sūtras, in 12 fascicles, share a single case.
> Qishi jing (Sūtra on the Arising of the World), 10 fascicles (in 1 case).
> Translated by the Indian Tripiṭaka master Jñānagupta and others under the Sui; appears on the title head of the sūtra; fifth translation.
> Qishi yinben jing (Sūtra on the Causal Root of the Arising of the World), 10 fascicles (fearing confusion with the preceding text, below the title it is separately called Qishi yinben jing; in 1 case).
> Translated by the Indian Tripiṭaka master Dharmagupta under the Sui; appears in the Neidian lu; sixth translation; incorporated as a supplement.
> (Note respectfully: The Tang Neidian lu and Jingmai's Jingtu both state that the Tripiṭaka master Dharmagupta translated the Qishi jing in ten fascicles during the Daye era at the Scripture Translation Hall in Shanglin Park in the Eastern Capital. Now, inspecting various canons, there are in fact two editions. Although the general purport is the same, the phrasing is slightly different, and there are occasional divergences regarding chapter headings. The beginning of the earlier sūtra says: "The Bhagavat was in the city of Shepoti." The latter sūtra says: "The Bhagavat was in the city of Sheluopoxidi." If based on the Sanskrit language, the latter sūtra is correct. It is now considered that Jñānagupta and Dharmagupta each translated one edition. Moreover, the head title of the earlier sūtra states that the two masters Jñānagupta and Dharmagupta produced it together. We now take the former to have been translated by Jñānagupta, and the latter to be a retranslation by Dharmagupta. Since the texts of the two sūtras differ, both works are now preserved. Thus, the Yuansheng jing also says "The Bhagavat was in the city of Sheluopoxidi"; from this we know that it was likewise translated by Dharmagupta. Fearing that the two texts might be confused, "Yinben" was separately added beneath the title).
> Loutan jing (Lokasthāna-sūtra), 6 fascicles (or called Da loutan jing; or in 5 fascicles, or 8 fascicles).
> Translated jointly by the Western Jin śramaṇas Shi Fali and Faju; second translation.
> The above three sūtras are drawn from fascicles eighteen through twenty of the Dīrghāgama-sūtra, and are variant translations of the same original as the Jishi jing in the fourth section.
> Dīrghāgama Daśadharmaka-sūtra, 2 fascicles (also titled Duosengdao jing, or simply Shibao jing).
> Translated by the Parthian Tripiṭaka master An Shigao under the Later Han.
> The above is drawn from the ninth fascicle of the Dīrghāgama-sūtra, and is a variant translation of the same original as the Shishang jing in the second section (differing slightly in extent).
> Zhong benqi jing (Middle Sūtra on the Origin \[of the Buddha's Deeds\]), 2 fascicles (or called Taizi zhongqi jing; the initial title states: "Drawn from the Dīrghāgama").
> Translated jointly by the Western Region śramaṇa Tan-guo and Kang Mengxiang under the Later Han; the above two sūtras, in 10 fascicles, share a single case. (As for the Zhong benqi jing, its title states that it is "drawn from the Dīrghāgama"; upon inspecting the large text, this single sūtra is absent. It is perhaps that the Sanskrit text was not completely translated. Since it says it was drawn from there, it is provisionally compiled at the end. The Great Zhou Catalogue states that it is a variant translation of the same original as the Guoqu xianzai yinguo jing, the Xiuxing benqi jing, and the Ruiying benqi jing, which is mistaken. Furthermore, various catalogues all state that this Zhong benqi jing was translated in the Later Han dynasty, yet within the sūtra text where Sanskrit terms are translated it says "in Jin"; it is not yet clear why).

Examining the grand text of the \*Madhyama-āgama\* now, there is no such individual sūtra. Perhaps the translation from the Sanskrit text was incomplete. Also, regarding this \*Sūtra on the Comprehensive Meaning of the Dharma\*, perhaps the translation from the Sanskrit text was incomplete. Since it is said to have come from that, it is provisionally catalogued at the end. Its classification in the Great Zhou Entry Catalogue as an individual Mahāyāna text is mistaken. Moreover, \*The Sūtra on the Comprehensive Meaning of the Dharma\* writes 'Sheri' while \*The Sūtra on the Complete Practice of the Dharma\* writes 'Śāriputra'; they differ in only these two characters, and the rest of the text has no difference at all).

> \*Sūtra on the Wrestler Moving a Mountain\*, one fascicle (or simply titled \*Sūtra on Moving a Mountain\*), translated by Dharmarakṣa, Tripiṭaka Master of the Western Jin.
> \*Sūtra on the Four Unprecedented Dharmas\*, one fascicle (also titled \*Sūtra on the Four Unprecedented \[Things\]\*, or without the character 'Dharma'), translated by Dharmarakṣa, Tripiṭaka Master of the Western Jin.
> The above two sūtras are variant translations extracted from the 'Eight Difficulties' chapter of the thirty-sixth fascicle of the \*Ekottarika-āgama\* (originally they formed a single sūtra; their separate translations were divided into two. The root text is slightly more extensive, while these extractions are incomplete).
> \*Sūtra on Śāriputra and Mahāmaudgalyāyana Traveling the Four Crossroads\*, one fascicle, translated by Meng Xiang, foreign Tripiṭaka Master of the Later Han.
> The above is a variant translation extracted from the 'Horse King' chapter of the forty-first fascicle of the \*Ekottarika-āgama\* (its inclusion among the duplicate translations of the Mahāyāna in the Zhou catalogue was mistaken).
> \*Sūtra on the Names and Surnames of the Parents of the Seven Buddhas\*, one fascicle (also titled \*Sūtra on the Names and Surnames of the Seven Buddhas\*), an anonymous translation of the Cao Wei.
> The above is a variant translation extracted from the 'Unwholesome' chapter of the forty-fifth fascicle of the \*Ekottarika-āgama\*.
> \*Sūtra on Grazing Cattle\*, one fascicle (also titled \*Sūtra on the Cowherd\*), translated by Kumārajīva, Tripiṭaka Master of the Later Qin.
> The above is a variant translation extracted from the 'Grazing Cattle' chapter of the forty-sixth fascicle of the \*Ekottarika-āgama\* (this text is slightly more extensive).
> \*Sūtra on Dependent Origination\*, one fascicle (also titled \*Sūtra on the Twelve Links of Dependent Origination\*), translated by Xuanzang, Tripiṭaka Master of the Great Tang (derived from the \*Translation Illustrations\*).
> The above is a variant translation extracted from the 'Grazing Cattle' chapter of the forty-sixth fascicle of the \*Ekottarika-āgama\* (compared to the root text, this text is slightly abbreviated; its classification as a unique Mahāyāna text in the Zhou catalogue was mistaken).
> \*Sūtra on the Eleven Recollections of the Tathāgata\*, one fascicle (or titled \*Eleven Contemplations\*), translated by Guṇabhadra, Indian Tripiṭaka Master of the Song (recovered and supplemented).
> The above is a variant translation extracted from the beginning of the 'Paying Homage to the Three Jewels' chapter of the forty-eighth fascicle of the \*Ekottarika-āgama\* (these eleven recollections occur across two consecutive sūtras; collating the text and sense confirms the initial eleven matters, but the subsequent eleven matters have not been identified upon searching).
> \*Sūtra on the Four Hells\*, one fascicle (or titled \*Four Great Hells\*), translated by the Western Regions śramaṇa Zhu Falan of the Eastern Jin (recovered and supplemented).
> The above is a variant translation extracted from the 'Paying Homage to the Three Jewels' chapter of the forty-eighth fascicle of the \*Ekottarika-āgama\* (the root text is slightly more extensive).
> \*Sūtra on Anāthapiṇḍada Converting His Seven Sons\*, one fascicle, translated by An Shigao, Parthian Tripiṭaka Master of the Later Han.
> The above is a variant translation extracted from the 'Impermanence' chapter of the forty-ninth fascicle of the \*Ekottarika-āgama\* (the root text mentions only four sons, but the remaining meaning largely agrees).
> \*Sūtra on Mahāprajāpatī's Parinirvāṇa\*, one fascicle, translated by the śramaṇa Bai Fazu of Henan under the Western Jin.
> \*Sūtra on the Buddha's Mother Entering Parinirvāṇa\*, one fascicle, translated by the śramaṇa Shi Huijian of the Song (recovered and supplemented).
> The above two sūtras are parallel translations of the same text, extracted from the 'Mahāprajāpatī Entering Parinirvāṇa' chapter of the fiftieth fascicle of the \*Ekottarika-āgama\*.
> \*Sūtra on King Prasenajit's Ten Dreams\*, one fascicle, translated by the Western Regions śramaṇa Zhu Falan of the Eastern Jin.
> \*Sūtra on the King of Śrāvastī Dreaming of Ten Matters\*, one fascicle, listed in Sengyou's catalogue as an anonymous translation from Master Dao'an's era (now appended to the Western Jin catalogue; recovered and supplemented).
> The above two sūtras are parallel translations of the same text, extracted from the 'Mahāprajāpatī Entering Parinirvāṇa' chapter of the fiftieth fascicle of the \*Ekottarika-āgama\*.
> \*Sūtra on Ānanda's Fellow Students\*, one fascicle, translated by An Shigao, Parthian Tripiṭaka Master of the Later Han.
> (The title of the above \*Sūtra on Ānanda's Fellow Students\* states that it comes from the \*Ekottarika-āgama\*, but on checking the complete text, no such sūtra is found; since it says it comes from it, it has been temporarily placed at the end.) The twenty-four sūtras from the \*Sūtra on the Fragrance of Precepts and Virtue\* downwards are all separate, variant translations extracted from the \*Ekottarika-āgama\*.
> \*Sūtra on the Emptiness of the Five Aggregates\*, one fascicle, translated by Yijing, Tripiṭaka Master of the Great Tang (newly entered into the catalogue).
> The above is a variant translation extracted from the second fascicle of the \*Saṃyukta-āgama\* (although this sūtra is found within the thirty-ninth fascicle of the \*Mūlasarvāstivāda-vinaya-kṣudrakavastu\*, it is not treated as a separate offshoot extraction; therefore, it is preserved rather than discarded. This is a case of the Vinaya citing a sūtra, not a sūtra originating from the Vinaya).
> \*Sūtra on the Seven Bases and Three Contemplations\*, one fascicle (or two fascicles), translated by An Shigao, Parthian Tripiṭaka Master of the Later Han.
> The above is a variant translation extracted from the \*Saṃyukta-āgama\* (from beginning to end this sūtra contains thirty sūtras; the first is the 'Seven Bases and Three Contemplations' and the last is titled 'Accumulation of Bones', being named after the first. Its opening \*Sūtra on the Seven Bases and Three Contemplations\* comes from the second fascicle, and the latter \*Sūtra on the Accumulation of Bones\* comes from the thirty-fourth fascicle, while the rest are scattered in various passages without a fixed sequence in a single place).
> \*Sūtra on the Seal of the Noble Dharma\*, one fascicle (also titled simply \*Sūtra on the Noble Seal\*, or \*Sūtra on the Seal of Wisdom\*), translated by Dharmarakṣa, Tripiṭaka Master of the Western Jin.
> The above is a variant translation extracted from the third fascicle of the \*Saṃyukta-āgama\*.
> \*Saṃyukta-āgama\*, one fascicle, anonymous translation, preserved in the Wei and Wu catalogues.
> The above is a variant translation extracted from the \*Saṃyukta-āgama\* (from beginning to end this text contains twenty-seven sūtras; the first three come from the fourth fascicle, but their order is not sequential. The \*Sūtra on the Seven Bases and Three Contemplations\* is placed at the end of the roll, its phrasing largely agreeing with the former text, though here it is slightly more extensive. The \*Sūtra on the Accumulation of Bones\* is also included within it, though it is unclear why the two sūtras overlap. The rest are scattered in the expanded text. Various ancient catalogues all record it as an anonymous translation; on examining the phrasing, its rhetoric and principle are quite similar to the \*Seven Bases and Three Contemplations\*, appearing to be an extraction by An Shigao. As no reliable record has been found, it is retained as an anonymous translation following the older catalogues).
> \*Sūtra on the Parable of the Five Aggregates\*, one fascicle (also titled \*Sūtra on Drifting with River Foam\*, or \*Sūtra on the Parable of the Five Aggregates\*), translated by An Shigao, Parthian Tripiṭaka Master of the Later Han.
> \*Sūtra on Drifting with River Foam\*, one fascicle (also titled \*Sūtra on the Parable of a Great Mass of Foam in the River\*), translated by the Western Regions śramaṇa Zhu Falan of the Eastern Jin (recovered and supplemented).
> The above two sūtras are extracted from the tenth fascicle of the \*Saṃyukta-āgama\* as variant translations of the same text.
> \*Sūtra on Not Guarding the Mind\*, one fascicle (or without the character 'Mind'), translated by the Yuezhi upāsaka Zhi Qian of the Wu.
> The above is a variant translation extracted from the eleventh fascicle of the \*Saṃyukta-āgama\*.
> \*Pūrṇa-sūtra\*, one fascicle, anonymous translation of the Jin period (now appended to the Eastern Jin catalogue; recovered and supplemented).
> The above is a variant translation extracted from the thirteenth fascicle of the \*Saṃyukta-āgama\*.
> \*Sūtra on Turning the Wheel of Dharma\*, one fascicle (or titled \*Sūtra on the Turning Wheel\*), translated by An Shigao, Parthian Tripiṭaka Master of the Later Han.
> \*Sūtra on the Three Turnings of the Wheel of Dharma\*, one fascicle, translated by Yijing, Tripiṭaka Master of the Great Tang (newly entered into the catalogue).
> The above two sūtras are extracted from the fifteenth fascicle of the \*Saṃyukta-āgama\* as variant translations of the same text (although this \*Sūtra on the Three Turnings of the Wheel of Dharma\* appears in the nineteenth fascicle of the \*Mūlasarvāstivāda-vinaya-kṣudrakavastu\*, it is not treated as a separate offshoot extraction; therefore, it is preserved rather than discarded. This is a case of the Vinaya citing a sūtra. The latter part agrees with the root text while the beginning differs; the reason remains unclear).

> Bazhengdao jing (Sūtra on the Eightfold Noble Path), one fascicle. Translated by the Parthian Tripiṭaka master An Shigao of the Later Han.
> The above is an alternate translation of an extract from fascicle 28 of the Saṃyuktāgama.
> Nanti shi jing (Sūtra on the Śākya Nanda), one fascicle. Translated by the śramaṇa Shi Faju of the Western Jin.
> The above is an alternate translation of an extract from fascicle 30 of the Saṃyuktāgama (the larger edition has two sūtras; here they are combined into one and the text is slightly broader; in old catalogues it was placed among single translations, but is now entered here).
> Ma you sanxiang jing (Sūtra on a Horse Having Three Marks), one fascicle (also titled Shan you sanxiang). Translated by the Western Regions Tripiṭaka master Zhi Yao of the Later Han.
> Ma you batai pi ren jing (Sūtra on a Horse Having Eight Dispositions Analogised to People), one fascicle (also simply titled You batai). Translated by the Western Regions Tripiṭaka master Zhi Yao of the Later Han.
> The above two sūtras are both alternate translations of extracts from fascicle 33 of the Saṃyuktāgama.
> Xiangying xiangke jing, one fascicle. Translated by the śramaṇa Shi Faju of the Western Jin (recovered from omissions and entered).
> The above is an alternate translation from the earlier single-fascicle Saṃyuktāgama.
> Zhi chanbing miyao jing (Secret Essential Sūtra on Curing Meditation Sickness), one fascicle (or titled Fa without the word jing, or in two fascicles). Translated by the upāsaka Juqu Jingsheng of the Song (The title at the beginning of the above sūtra states that it was questioned by the Venerable Śāriputra and extracted from the Aranya miscellaneous matters of the Saṃyuktāgama. Now searching the larger text of the Saṃyuktāgama, there is no such passage. It is perhaps feared that the Indic text was not fully translated. Since it says it comes from there, it is tentatively catalogued at the end. However, examining its text and doctrines, they slightly border on Mahāyāna sūtras; its former classification among anthologies and biographies is likely erroneous).
> The above thirty-one sūtras in thirty-one fascicles are in the same case. From the Wuyun jiekong jing down, sixteen sūtras are all alternate translations extracted from the Saṃyuktāgama.
> Modengnü jing (Mātaṅgī Sūtra), one fascicle (one title being Anan wei gudaonü huo jing). Translated by the Parthian Tripiṭaka master An Shigao of the Later Han; first translation.
> Modengnü jie xingzhong liushi jing, one fascicle. Translator lost (now appended to the Eastern Jin catalogue); fifth translation.
> Modengjia jing (Mātaṅgī-sūtra), three fascicles (or two fascicles). Translated jointly by the Indian śramaṇa Zhu Lüyan and Zhi Qian under the Wu; found in Fashang's catalogue; third translation.
> Shetoujian jing (Śārdūlakarṇa-sūtra), one fascicle (one title being Taizi ershibaxiu jing; one title being Hu'er jing). Translated by the Tripiṭaka master Zhu Fahu of the Western Jin; fourth translation.
> The above four sūtras are alternate translations of the same text (the former one sūtra is merely a single chapter of the latter sūtra; of five translations made earlier and later, one translation lacks an extant text).
> Gui wen Moliang jing (Sūtra on Ghosts Questioning Maudgalyāyana), one fascicle. Translated by the Parthian Tripiṭaka master An Shigao of the Later Han (first translation).
> Zazang jing (Miscellaneous Piṭaka Sūtra), one fascicle (slightly differing in text and doctrine from the preceding and succeeding sūtras). Translated by the śramaṇa Shi Faxian of Pingyang under the Eastern Jin (second translation).
> Egui baoying jing (Sūtra on the Karmic Retribution of Pretas), one fascicle (one title being Moliang shuo diyu egui yinyuan jing). Translator lost (now appended to the Eastern Jin catalogue; third translation).
> The above three sūtras are alternate translations of the same text (of four translations made earlier and later, one translation lacks an extant text).
> Anan wen shi fo jixiong jing (Sūtra on Ānanda's Questions Regarding the Auspicious and Inauspicious in Serving the Buddha), one fascicle (also titled Anan wen shi jing, or Shi fo jixiong jing). Translated by the Parthian Tripiṭaka master An Shigao of the Later Han; first translation.
> Manfa jing, one fascicle. Translated by the śramaṇa Shi Faju of the Western Jin (recovered from omissions and entered); second translation.
> Anan fenbie jing (Sūtra on Ānanda's Distinction), one fascicle. Translated by the śramaṇa Shi Shengjian of the Qifu Qin; third translation.
> The above three sūtras are alternate translations of the same text (the Manfa jing is newly classed as a retranslation; of four translations made earlier and later, one translation lacks an extant text).
> Wu muzi jing (Sūtra on Five Mothers and Sons), one fascicle. Translated by the Yuezhi upāsaka Zhi Qian of the Wu; first translation.
> Shamiluo jing, one fascicle (Sengyou's catalogue says: "Master An's alternate translation from Guanzhong, located in the San Qin Catalogue"); second translation.
> The above two sūtras are alternate translations of the same text (regarding this Shamiluo jing, the Great Zhou Catalogue says it was translated by Dharmakṣema; checking Changfang's Catalogue now, it is absent from the catalogue, so the Zhou Catalogue is mistaken).
> Yuvenü jing (Sūtra of the Maiden Yuye), one fascicle (or titled Yuye jing). Sengyou's catalogue lists it as an anonymous translation noted by Master Dao'an; now appended to the Western Jin catalogue as the initial translation; recovered from omissions and entered.
> Yuye jing, one fascicle (one title being Zhangzhe yi fo shuo zifu wujing jing). Translated by the Western Regions śramaṇa Zhu Tanwulan of the Eastern Jin; second translation.
> Asuda jing, one fascicle. Translated by the Indian Tripiṭaka master Guṇabhadra of the Song (third translation).
> The above three sūtras are alternate translations of the same text.
> Xiuxing benqi jing, two fascicles (one title being Suxing benqi). Translated jointly by the Western Regions śramaṇa Zhu Dali and Kang Mengxiang of the Later Han; second translation.
> The above sixteen sūtras in nineteen fascicles are in the same case.
> Taizi ruiying benqi jing, two fascicles (also titled Benqi ruiying, or simply Rui benqi). Translated by the Yuezhi upāsaka Zhi Qian of the Wu; fourth translation.
> Guoqu xianzai yinguo jing (Sūtra on Past and Present Causes and Effects), four fascicles. Translated by the Indian Tripiṭaka master Guṇabhadra of the Song; sixth translation.
> The above three sūtras are alternate translations of the same text (the former two sūtras are abridged and incomplete; of six translations made earlier and later, three translations lack extant texts).
> Fahai jing (Ocean of Dharma Sūtra), one fascicle. Translated by the śramaṇa Shi Faju of the Western Jin (recovered from omissions and entered); second translation.
> Hai bade jing (Sūtra on the Eight Virtues of the Ocean), one fascicle. Translated by the Tripiṭaka master Kumārajīva of the Yao Qin; found in Fashang's catalogue (recovered from omissions and entered); third translation.
> The above two sūtras are alternate translations of the same text (of three translations made under the Later Han, one lacks an extant text).
> Sishierzhang jing (Sūtra of Forty-two Sections), one fascicle. Translated jointly by the Indian śramaṇa Kāśyapa Mātaṅga and Zhu Fahu of the Later Han (first translation; of two translations, one is missing).
> Nainü Qiyu yinyuan jing (Sūtra on the Causes and Conditions of the Maiden Ambapālī and Jīvaka), one fascicle (or without the characters yinyuan, or simply titled Nainü jing). Translated by the Parthian Tripiṭaka master An Shigao of the Later Han; first translation; of two translations, one is missing.
> Zuiye baoying jiaohua diyu jing (Sūtra on the Teaching on Karmic Retribution and Hells), one fascicle (or titled Diyu baoying jing). Translated by the Parthian Tripiṭaka master An Shigao of the Later Han; first translation; of two translations, one is missing.
> Longwang xiongdi jing (Sūtra on the Dragon King Brothers), one fascicle (one title being Nanda longwang jing, one title being Xiang longwang jing). Translated by the upāsaka Zhi Qian; first translation; of two translations, one is missing.
> Zhangzhe Yinyue jing, one fascicle (or titled Zhangzhe Yinyue Bulan Jiaye jing). Translated by the Yuezhi upāsaka Zhi Qian of the Wu; first translation; of two translations, one is missing.
> The above nine sūtras in thirteen fascicles are in the same case (this Zhangzhe Yinyue jing was entered within the Mahāyāna canon in the Zhou Catalogue; now examining its text and doctrines, it is relocated here).
> Chan miyao jing (Secret Essential Sūtra on Meditation), three fascicles (or titled Chan miyao fa, or in four fascicles). Translated by the Tripiṭaka master Kumārajīva of the Yao Qin; second translation; of three translations, two are missing (the above Chan miyao jing was categorized within the biographies in all the ancient catalogues; now inspecting this sūtra, its initial, middle, and final three divisions are exceptionally clear, and the upper and lower scripture text mostly expounds meditation contemplations, explaining the expiation of grave sins through contemplating the Buddha and the like; yet because it slightly touches upon Mahāyāna and is not an indigenous compilation, it has been moved
