> Sūtra of the Second Assembly of the Mahāprajñāpāramitā, seventy-eight fascicles.
> (Popularly titled: Newly Translated Pañcaviṃśatisāhasrikā-prajñāpāramitā-sūtra \[Dapin\] / Mokṣala's Fangguang banruo; newly added above.)
> Sūtra of the Fourth Assembly of the Mahāprajñāpāramitā, eighteen fascicles.
> (Popularly titled: Newly Translated Aṣṭasāhasrikā-prajñāpāramitā-sūtra \[Daoxing / Xiaopin\]; newly added above.)
> Suvikrāntavikramiparipṛcchā-prajñāpāramitā-sūtra, eight fascicles.
> (Also titled Newly Translated Sheng tianwang banruo; this is the sixteenth assembly of the Mahāprajñāpāramitā; newly added above.)
> Mañjuśrī-prajñāpāramitā-sūtra, two fascicles.
> (Also titled Newly Translated Wenshu banruo; this is the seventh assembly of the Mahāprajñāpāramitā; newly added above.)
> Naya-prajñāpāramitā-sūtra, one fascicle.
> (This is the tenth assembly of the Mahāprajñāpāramitā; newly added above.)
> The five sūtras below the Second Assembly are all extracted from the Mahāprajñāpāramitā-sūtra.
> Da zhidu wuji jing, four fascicles.
> (Not the text in the canon.)
> Zhidu wuji pi jing, three fascicles.
> (Also titled Wuji pi jing; or in four fascicles; or with the character Da prefixed.)
> Zongshe wujin yi jing, two fascicles.
> Prajñāpāramitā-dhāraṇī-sūtra, one fascicle.
> The four sūtras above, from the Zhidu wuji downward, are all stated in the Sui Zhongjing lu to be extracted from the Pañcaviṃśatisāhasrikā \[Dapin\].
> Mahāprajñāpāramitā daoxing jing, two fascicles.
> (Also simply titled Daoxing jing; newly added above.)
> For the one sūtra above, the catalogues of Fei Changfang and others all state: Abridged by the upāsaka Wei Shidu during the reign of Emperor Hui of the Western Jin, cut and revised from the older Daoxing \[jing\]. It is also simply an alternative title for the Xiaopin, Fangguang, etc. (The compiler notes: Since it was abridged from the great sūtra, it belongs to the category of separate extracts. If entered among the standard sūtras, I fear it would introduce errors; hence it is appended to this catalogue.)
> From the Sūtra of the Second Assembly of the Mahāprajñāpāramitā down: ten works, 119 fascicles, being separate extracts from the Prajñā section.
> Guhyakādhipati-sūtra, two fascicles.
> (Extracted from the later text of the Guhyakādhipati Assembly. It was an error in catalogues such as the Neidian lu to enter it among the standard sūtras; newly added above.)
> Bodhisattva-tattvavalokana-samādhi-sūtra, two fascicles.
> (Extracted from the Assembly on the Bodhisattva's Realization of Reality; copied from the duplicate text in the "Chapter on the Differentiation of the Six Elements"; newly added above.)

> (Extracted from the lower fascicle of the Pūrṇa Assembly; that is, an extract of the older three-fascicle Bodhisattvapiṭaka-sūtra.)
> \*Kalyāṇāṃsa-paripṛcchā-sūtra, one fascicle (extracted from the Subāhu-bodhisattva Assembly, that is...)
> Extract of the Ratnakūṭa-sūtra, one fascicle.
> (Extracted from the Prabhasa-bodhisattva Assembly; that is, an extract of the single-fascicle Ratnakūṭa-sūtra. The five sūtras from the Guhyakādhipati downward are all extracted from the Mahāratnakūṭa-sūtra.)

> Sūtra on the Jewel-Bestowing Maiden, one fascicle (extracted from the "Chapter on the Jewel Maiden"; or The Jewel Maiden's Giving).

> The above Yiqie wang jing (King of All Sūtra): the various catalogues all say it was translated by Kumārajīva. In the catalogue of separate offshoot texts, it is called the Saheotan wang jing (King Sarvadada Sūtra), an anonymous translation of the Later Han. There is also this sūtra, and it is said that "Saheotan" means "Bestower of All" (Sarvadada). Comparing it with that sūtra, the text is identical without difference; hence it is catalogued here.
> Hemo wang jing, 1 fascicle (Extracted from fascicle 3; newly entered above)
> Weilan jing, 1 fascicle (The old catalogue says: The Suilan ben jing, extracted from fascicle 3)
> Jie du wuji jing, 1 fascicle (Extracted from fascicle 4)

> Taizi mupo jing, 1 fascicle (Also called Mupo; extracted from fascicle 4; that which is in the canon is a different translation)
> Milan jing, 1 fascicle (Or in 4 fascicles; extracted from fascicle 4)
> Puming wang jing, 1 fascicle (Extracted from fascicle 4)
> Ren du wuji jing, 1 fascicle (Extracted from fascicle 5)
> Chantihe jing, 1 fascicle (Extracted from fascicle 5)
> Motianluo wang jing, 1 fascicle (Also called Guowang; extracted from fascicle 5)
> Pandilong wang jing, 1 fascicle (Extracted from fascicle 5)
> Que wang jing, 1 fascicle (Extracted from fascicle 5)
> Shijia bi zui jing, 1 fascicle (Extracted from fascicle 5)
> Pusa wei lu wang jing, 1 fascicle (Also called Fo xi wei lu wang jing; extracted from fascicle 6; newly entered above)
> Jiu se lu jing, 1 fascicle (Extracted from fascicle 6; that which is in the canon is a different translation)
> Ma wang jing, 1 fascicle (Master Daoan says it was extracted from fascicle 6 of the Liu du ji; newly entered above)

> Miled wei nüshen jing, 1 fascicle (Extracted from fascicle 6)
> Shan du wuji jing, 1 fascicle (Extracted from fascicle 6)
> Shihepian wang jing, 1 fascicle (Extracted from fascicle 8)
> The above: in the old catalogues there is a Cheni benmo jing in 1 fascicle, also said to be from fascicle 8. Now examining its text, it is none other than the Shihepian wang jing, with no difference whatsoever. The Shihepian wang jing was given its title based on the opening narrative, while the Cheni benmo jing established its name based on the later text. Since they are one and the same story, they cannot be divided into two. Now only one title is retained.
> Zheluo guowang jing, 1 fascicle (Sometimes without the character guo; extracted from fascicle 8)
> Pusa yi ming li gui qi jing, 1 fascicle (Extracted from fascicle 8)
> Rutong jing, 1 fascicle (Extracted from fascicle 8)

> Chawei wang jing, 1 fascicle (Extracted from fascicle 8)
> Fanhuang jing, 1 fascicle (Also called Fanhuang wang jing, or Fanmo jing; extracted from fascicle 8)
> Ming du wuji jing, 1 fascicle (The Chen catalogue says: an extract from the Liu du jing; extracted from fascicle 8; newly entered above)
> The above: 44 works in 44 fascicles from the Shi du wuji jing downwards were all extracted from the Liu du ji jing. In the old catalogues there is a Zhongxin zhengxing jing in 1 fascicle, which is also said to come from the Liu du jing. When examining the text, it is absent, so it has been excised.
> (These five sūtras—Hemo wang jing, Xiang wang jing, Pusa wei lu wang jing, Ma wang jing, and Jingmian wang jing—though recorded in various catalogues and anciently identical with these, have all been newly entered above.)
> Neng mie zhu zui qianzhuan tuoluoni jing, 1 fascicle (This is one incantation among the five incantations translated by Dharma Master Xuanzang. Since it is categorized as a separate offshoot text, it is recorded in this catalogue; newly entered above)
> Baoman pin chao jing, 1 fascicle (Extracted from the Bao wang jing)
> Chengyang zhu fo gongde jing, 1 fascicle (Sengyou's catalogue says: an extract from the three-fascicle Chengyang zhu fo gongde jing. It may be identical to the subsequent three texts; newly entered above)
> Baohai rulai deng shifang bai qishi fo ming jing, 1 fascicle (The Chen catalogue says: an extract from the Chengyang gongde jing; also called Lifo gongde jing; newly entered above)
> De nei fengyan wang fo ming jing, 1 fascicle (Sengyou's catalogue says it is an extract. Now examining the Chengyang gongde jing, the upper fascicle contains this Buddha's name; it is indeed extracted from the upper fascicle of that sūtra; newly entered above)
> Guoqu wushisan fo ming jing, 1 fascicle (Also called Wushisan fo ming jing; extracted from the Guan yaowang yaoshang jing)
> Dingyi sanmei jing, 1 fascicle (Extracted from fascicle 4 of the Shi zhu duan jie jing)
> Xianjie qian fo ming jing, 1 fascicle (Extracted from the Bhadrakalpika-sūtra; Sengyou's catalogue says: extracted by the Eastern Jin śramaṇa Zhu Falan, recording the names of the thousand Buddhas. The opening preface states: The Bhadrakalpika-sūtra speaks of 2,100 perfections, beginning with Krakucchanda Buddha. This sūtra has a different translation, which is the one beginning with Kanakamuni Buddha)
> Guan fo xianghao jing, 1 fascicle (Extracted from the Guan fo sanmei hai jing)
> Anguomouluo mu yinyuan jing, 1 fascicle (Extracted from fascicle 1)
> Wuliang le fotu jing, 1 fascicle (Also called Guotu; extracted from fascicle 3)
> You cheng shifang fo ming de duo fu jing, 1 fascicle (Sengyou's catalogue says it is an extract; the Chen catalogue says it was extracted from fascicle 3 of the Anguo jing; newly entered above)
> Fo xiang Anguomouluo renmin huanxi jing, 1 fascicle (Extracted from fascicle 4)
> Dishishi Anguomouluo fafu jing, 1 fascicle
> Anguomouluo guihua jing, 1 fascicle (Some write Fu si, which must be an error)
> Anguomouluo huiguo fa jing, 1 fascicle (Sometimes without the character fa)
> Boseni wang yu fa Anguomouluo jing, 1 fascicle (Sengyou's catalogue says it is an extract)
> The above: 8 works in 8 fascicles from the Guomouluo mu downwards were all extracted from the Aṅgulimāla-sūtra.
> Qi fo ba pusa suo shuo shenzhou jing, 1 fascicle (The Chen catalogue says: an extract from the Qi fo jing; newly entered above)
> Sanshiqi pin jing, 1 fascicle (Master Daoan says it comes from a vinaya sūtra; newly entered above; Sengyou's catalogue says: compiled by the Eastern Jin śramaṇa Zhu Falan in the sixth month of the twenty-first year of Taiyuan at Xiezhenxi Monastery. Zhu Falan's preface notes this himself, but does not indicate its provenance)

> Tonghao fo ming jing, 1 fascicle (Three sheets; newly entered above)
> Sanshi fa jing, 1 fascicle (Sometimes written with the character chi; two sheets; newly entered above)
> The ten sūtras including the Sanshiqi pin: Sengyou's catalogue says they are extracts without specifying their source. Among them, regarding the Pusa zhu kuxing jing, on examining the manuscript it is unquestionably an extract, yet it is still unknown from which sūtra or vinaya it comes. Regarding the four sūtras including the Liu jing, now on seeing their manuscripts they are indeed extract sūtras as well. Furthermore, in the Renshou Catalogue of Various Sūtras of the Sui dynasty, there are in total 117 Mahāyāna extract sūtras in 137 fascicles that likewise do not specify their source. Now examining the catalogues of various dynasties, most have already been included. That catalogue takes texts such as the Hu zhu tongzi jing and the Tuolinni bo jing to be separate offshoot extracts, which is unreasonable. Since there is no certain basis, it is difficult to rely on them. They are briefly explained as above, and the rest have been excised and not recorded.
