> Sūtra: "For what reason? \[…\] \[there is no dharma by which a bodhisattva gives rise to anuttarā samyak\]saṃbodhi."
> Exposition: This directly cures the apprehending mind. A bodhisattva of true abiding does not see the slightest dharma that is a capable practitioner, nor do they see the slightest dharma that can be apprehended so as to produce rejoicing and agitation—\[thinking\] "I am the capable grasper, that is the object attained." Therefore, if such a mind of a capable abider or an object attained manifests, one should contemplate that there is not the slightest dharma that can be called a capable aspirant. Thus, this cures the rejoicing and agitation arising from \[thinking\] "I am capable of abiding, I am capable of practicing and subjugating," and so forth.
