> Sūtra: 'Whether egg-born, womb-born, moisture-born, or miraculously born.' / Later, the text reveals \[them\] specifically. According to Asaṅga's treatise, they are divided into three inclusions: first, inclusion by taking rebirth; second, inclusion by dependence; third, inclusion by realm. This is the first, inclusion by taking rebirth. Rebirth differs, having four types: being born relying on a shell is called 'egg-born'; coming forth from being enclosed in a womb is called 'womb-born'; rising through moisture is termed 'moisture-born'; and suddenly existing out of nothing is called 'miraculously born'. These four types encompass all sentient beings without remainder; therefore, the bodhisattva takes them all together as their vow.
