> From 'skillfully able' downward praises the virtues of external transformation. The reason the great being uniquely gathers virtues in oneself is to maintain the essentials of benefiting others and transforming beings externally; since this is uniquely through supernormal powers, they are clarified next. 'The sphere of activity of wisdom': among the great being's myriad practices, wisdom is the foremost; therefore it is praised first.
