Constantly in samādhi, he completely sees all Buddha lands, without dual characteristics.'" This is the fourth, answering about the true. Sengzhao says: "The true divine eye refers to the signless eye of the Tathāgata's dharmakāya. It dimly illumines minute forms and beholds both the vast and the subtle together. The myriad forms, boundless and wide, are as if right before his eyes. He is never not seeing, yet never has any seeing; therefore, there are no dual characteristics of eye and form. Those of the two vehicles see while in samādhi, but do not see when out of samādhi. The Tathāgata is never not seeing, and therefore is constantly in samādhi."
