> "The entire assembly all saw the Tathāgata Duṣprasaha in the Land of Radiance, and also saw the pearl necklace transform into a four-pillared jeweled pavilion above that Buddha, adorned on all four sides without obstructing one another." The second is the Buddha manifesting a transformation. Sheng says: Dividing it into two portions was intended to make equality clear. Manifesting divine power was to verify the Dharma-gift. Could the transformation into a four-pillared jeweled pavilion be accomplished by material giving? It was because it was an assembly of the Dharma-gift, and therefore it could be all-pervading.
