- **Language:** Classical Chinese

### [2.142](https://indike.org/pramana/in.bauddha.taisho.2777.2.142)

舍利弗。言汝何以不轉女身　此下第四就相明轉不轉異。小乘執相定有所轉。大乘相本無相故無所轉。此初也。問。肇曰。以無礙之智有礙之身而不轉捨何耶。

> Śāriputra said: "Why do you not transform your female body?" (Below, the fourth part clarifies the distinction between transforming and not transforming with respect to marks. The Hinayāna grasps at marks and definitely has something to transform; the Mahāyāna's marks are fundamentally markless, and therefore there is nothing to transform. This is the first, the question. \[Seng\]zhao says: "Having unobstructed wisdom yet an obstructed body, why do you not transform and abandon it?")
