> "From the cintāmaṇi in the topknot of the Brahmā king, medicines of various colours emerge and are placed into the sarpirmaṇḍa. The youth pours it, entering from the crown of the head into the brain-channels, flowing straight down to the half-joint of the big toe of the left foot. When that half-joint is filled and thoroughly moistened, \[the medicine rises\] even to the thin skin, and proceeds to the next joint. In this manner, it gradually fills half the body; having filled half the body, it fills the entire body; having filled the entire body, the various medicines flow through the four hundred and four channels, and he contemplates the three hundred and thirty-six joints of his body all becoming completely full. At that time, the practitioner takes his skull bone back and sets it upon his head; the youth then applies a blue-coloured medicine over his head, and this medicine enters drop by drop through every pore.
