> "Furthermore, Śāriputra! If a practitioner enters the wind samādhi, they see from their own body's nine apertures five-colored winds emerging like \[rushing streams through\] a great mountain valley. They also see the three hundred and thirty-six joints of their own body as white as a snowy mountain, and from joint to joint winds emerge with various vetālas (a vetāla is a corpse-raising demon). The vetālas hold iron rods in their hands, wear necklaces made of a thousand skulls, and, along with ninety-eight kinds of nāgas and ghosts, approach the practitioner. When the practitioner sees this, their heart is terrified and their hair stands on end; because of this they go mad or develop white leprosy. One must treat it swiftly.
