> Use again the mudrās formed for the three families and recite the mantras, empowering five locations: namely, the five places of the forehead, right shoulder, left shoulder, heart, and throat; then release it above the crown. This accomplishes the donning of adamantine, impenetrable armour. Due to this empowerment, the practitioner's entire body blazes with majestic radiance, and all māras that create obstacles and distress will not dare to look with their eyes, fleeing swiftly away.
