In this province is made much white and coloured cloth; the soil is fertile, and the grain produced is excellent. The inhabitants are, speaking generally, very miserable and very poor. The greater part of them live by dealing in the products of their cattle. A garrison is kept there of two thousand horsemen, and the capital town is situated at twenty-eight degrees thirty minutes of latitude, and one hundred and twelve degrees twenty-five minutes of longitude.
