To the vault of the bright sun, heaven, may I and Indra go up; what is that Indra's home, the bright vault, having drunk of the sweet soma, there let us dwell together, let us experience bliss; in the thrice-seven places of the friend, Indra.
Because it is stated: 'There are twenty-one celestial realms of the Wielder of the Discus in heaven. / Or, of the Wielder of the Thunderbolt; even those are enjoyed by his devotees, the sacrificers.'
You drank of the earlier pressed \[offerings\], O Lord of Bay Horses, and then this pressing is yours alone; / Intoxicate yourself, O Indra, with the sweet Soma; truly, O bull, pour it into your belly! (2)
